	Chris McKinley is an accomplished mental health professional who received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. She has over 18 years of experience working in different environments, populations and socio-economic backgrounds. Her philosophy is that recovery is centered around the individual. Every person has a right to explore all possible avenues that aid them towards independence and recovery.

	Andy Carey is an experienced professional with over 10 years of service in the mental health and addiction field. He has provided assistance to his clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College and working toward his Masters in Social Work from the Greater Rochester Collaborative Program through SUNY Brockport/Nazareth College. His approach is to understand the person in their environment and build solid relationships for that environment.
